Before sending
For technical problems, please tell us which page or Room you were using, what you expected to happen, and what appeared instead. A screenshot can be helpful.
For order questions, include your order number and the email used during purchase. Never send us your password or complete payment information.
Response expectation
We usually respond within two to three business days. During launches or holidays, replies may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we give each message proper attention.
Boundary note
MOTD contact is not a personal-reading, emergency, medical, legal, or crisis-response service. Spiritual questions may inspire future teachings, but submitting a question does not guarantee a private channeled response.
